We would prefer for these individuals to be familiar with the brand and the brand's image, however, this is not a requirement. Individuals that have either followed the brand on any one of our social sites or have placed an order in the past. Numbers are a big part of running any business. Keeping up with expenses and profits are crucial for a company’s success. It is for this reason that we are looking for a dedicated and attentive bookkeeper who will record and maintain purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments the company receives.

  • Responsibilities
    • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
    • Update and maintain the general ledger
    • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
    • Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
    • Monitor any variances from the projected budget
    • Review financial transactions for accuracy
    • Input transactions into the correct ledger
    • Reconcile bank and other accounts
    • Pay vendors as they come due
    • Complete required tax forms
    • Make deposits and record all cash receipts
    • Manage the office petty cash fund
    • Process company payroll
    • Keep track of every transaction on the business bank accounts and PayPal
    • Have a monthly presentation on cost for the month, how to cut down cost and increase revenue, etc.
    • Create and maintain balance sheets
    • Manage monthly budget in each departments
  • Requirements
    • Recording of debits and credits
    • Basic accounting knowledge
    • Understanding accounting best practices
    • Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework
    • Data entry skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google sheets
    • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
    • Professionalism and organization skills
    • Associates degree or at least one year of experience
    • Knowledge of XERO, Quickbooks, Zoho, Fresh Books, or other applications
