Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a virtual assistant that is organized, professional, and experienced. This is a remote position in which the employee will conduct communication for the company, therefore, all applicants must have strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities
- Make travel arrangements.

- Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
- Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.

Seamstress
We are looking for an experienced seamstress with an eye for detail. You will work with our pattern designs to manufacture and repair clothing and other fabric pieces. You must be able to mend, alter, and construct garments and other fabric-made articles according to the company's needs. Our ideal candidate has the experience and skills to operate an industrial sewing machine and produce well-made products.
To be successful as a seamstress, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques. Ultimately, an outstanding seamstress should be able to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Purchasing Agent
We are looking for a meticulous purchasing agent with the responsibility of maintaining the quality and quantity of inventory. The purchasing agent will be tasked with locating quality suppliers. In search of a long term relationship, preferably ones that have plus sizes available. Here at Lush Lavie, we value the quality and appearance of the products, therefore, the purchasing agent will be tasked with keeping up with market trends to ensure the inventory purchased matches the current demand.
- Responsibilities:
- Verify purchase orders with available stock via comparison to the master lists.
- Correct mistakes or unclear orders and recommend comparable alternatives when products are out of stock.
- Schedule delivery of available stock items.
- Forward purchase orders to suppliers to ensure proper inventory.
- Verify product shipments
- Forward payment receipt documentation to authorize purchase payments.
- Maintain accurate and easily accessible files.
- Provide sound advice regarding scheduling, inventory planning and other control information based on your own collection, analysis and summarization of data and tends.
- Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers
- Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics

Bookkeeper
Numbers are a big part of running any business. Keeping up with expenses and profits are crucial for a company’s success. It is for this reason that we are looking for a dedicated and attentive bookkeeper who will record and maintain purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments the company receives.
- Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
- Monitor any variances from the projected budget
- Review financial transactions for accuracy
- Input transactions into the correct ledger

Processing Clerk
This position is exclusive to those in the DMV area only, as the company is currently based out of the DMV. We pride ourselves in our fast shipping due to the fact that we process orders daily. When the orders are processed on time and correctly, the customer is happy. This job also involves customer service responsibilities such as responding to customer emails, as they go hand in hand. Fashion Designer
We are looking for a designer to do unique, quality designs for lingerie, loungewear, robes, etc. we are looking to do 5 designs per month, so 60 designs for the entire year. The designs will be divided up between 4 different quarters.The requirements for the designs are as follows: a bra, regular panty, and a crotchless panty.

Real Estate Agent
This is an on call position. As a growing business, we are consistently on the lookout for the best locations to open up stores and other endeavors. As the Realtor, the primary goal is to match us with properties that meet our needs. We do not have specific locations we are looking to purchase property in so the realtor can have their license from any state.
