All orders are processed, and emails responded to, from Monday - Friday (9am-5pm EST) Any orders placed or emails sent after hours will be processed, and responded to the following business day.
Priority Processing Time:
All orders placed using priority shipping will get processed 1-3 business days after purchase.
Priority Delivery Time:
After the 1-3 business day processing time, orders will get delivered in 1-3 days. These delivery time frames are subject to change depending on the USPS.
Standard Processing Time:
All orders placed using standard shipping will get processed 3-5 business days after purchase.
Standard Delivery Time:
After the 3-5 business day processing time, orders will get delivered in 5-7 days. These delivery time frames are subject to change depending on the USPS.
International Delivery Time:
After the 3-5 business day processing time, orders will get delivered in 7-14 business days. These delivery time frames are subject to change depending on the mail courier for your country.
Packages Stating Delivered:
Once your package leaves the warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the USPS. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it's delivered and you have not received your item, please contact the USPS. Refunds or store credit will not be issued to orders with a delivery status of “delivered”
If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will ship the remaining items in your order and issue you a refund for the items/ item not in stock.
All packages are shipped via USPS.
Customers are able to pay for a different shipping such as Fedex, or UPS for an additional charge, once a purchase through the website has been made. Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to see pricing options.
Customer's shipping information:
All customers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Customers have 24 hours to contact Lush Lavié via email at email@example.com to update or correct shipping information. Lush Lavié is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. We do not provide product replacements for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to to cancel or refuse orders from customers for the following reasons
- An excessive return history
- Fraudulent/ criminal activity
- A history of wardrobing: a form of return fraud where an item is purchased, used, and then returned to the store for a refund
Items can only be shipped to the verified billing address.
However, if you need your package to be shipped to a different address, you need to email Lush Lavié at firstname.lastname@example.org stating you give authorization to ship your package to a different address. A photo ID matching the verified billing address must be included in the email. IF YOU CANNOT VERIFY THIS INFORMATION, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages:
Lush Lavié is not responsible for replacing products or issuing refunds for packages lost or misdelivered by (USPS) or other shippers. Customers should contact their local post office for all delivery matters once the package has been shipped by Lush Lavié.
Processing and shipping times will be delayed in the event of bad weather.
