Refunds: At Lush Lavié we allow you to cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of you placing the order and your package has not been shipped. If your order has not been processed and has surpassed 24hours you may receive store credit.
Returns and Exchanges: Lush Lavié does not offer exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons as we cannot prove that a customer has not worn a product being returned or exchanged. Because of this and the obvious sanitary reasons, we are not able to do returns or exchanges. If an error has been made on our end such as the following: shipping you the wrong item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of you receiving your package and we will issue you store credit.
*We are not responsible for lost packages, items stating delivered but you never received (contact the shipping carrier for concerns/updates).
