At Lush Lavié we allow you to cancel or make changes to your order within 48 hours of you placing the order if your package has not been shipped. If your order has been processed and has surpassed 48 hours you may receive store credit. 

Returns and Exchanges:

 Lush Lavié offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for the following reasons, we will process your exchange or return free of charge within the U.S. 

  1. You received the wrong size or color
  2. The item you received is defective

If your reason for returning or exchanging an item does not fall under these two categories, you will have to incur the return shipping cost. All returns will receive store credit for the amount paid not including shipping cost. Exchanges that have a balance left over will also be issued store credit to said amount. The return and exchange must be sent back in it’s original packaging, new, unused and within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that all sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

 If an error has been made on our end such as the following: shipping you the wrong item, please contact us via email within 72 hours of you receiving your package and we will issue you store credit.

*We are not responsible for lost packages and items stating delivered but you never received (contact the shipping carrier for concerns/updates).

How much does it cost?

Shipping costs differ from location to location. If your order does not fit under our satisfaction guarantee policy, then you are responsible for the shipping cost. We are unable to provide you with a return shipping label.

How can I track my refund?

Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after you receive the email. This time frame may vary depending on your card carrier.

What is the refund processing time 

While the goal is to process all refunds in a timely manner, it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. This is after you have successfully returned your item. If after 20 days you have not received a refund, please contact us through email at
