Refund policy

Refund: At Lush Lavié we only grant within 24 hours of an order being placed and the product has not been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges: Lush Lavié does not offer exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons as we cannot prove that a customer has not worn a product being returned or exchanged. Because of this and the obvious sanitary reasons, we are not able to do returns or exchanges. If an error has been made on our end such as the following: shipping you the wrong item, please contact us via email and we will resolve the issue. Customers must contact Lush Lavié via email within 24 hours of receiving their order.
